Kentucky Blood Center (KBC) has three state-of-the-art laboratories operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The KBC laboratories operate in compliance with the requirements of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA); AABB (formerly the American Association of Blood Banks); Kentucky State Department of Health and Human Services; and other industry regulatory agencies.
