Hospital Services is the distribution arm of Kentucky Blood Center (KBC). The department continually receives and ships blood components at the Beaumont Center in Lexington. Hospital Services serves as KBC's main contact with blood bank staff in hospitals and clinics spread across more than 60 counties throughout central and eastern Kentucky. The department takes orders, discusses inventory issues and identifies the final disposition on each and every unit.

Hospital Services Representatives are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for KBC customers.
