As certain as it is that blood is always red and Kentucky grass is always blue, the need for blood is always present.

Donors can meet the constant need and pick up this great T-shirt when they donate at any Kentucky Blood Center location in September and October.

All donors who donate blood with KBC (donor center or mobile drive) Sept. 1 through Oct. 31 will receive a "Blood is Red, Grass is Blue" T-shirt.

Someone in the U.S. needs blood every two seconds. KBC and its donors meet that need by providing lifesaving blood products for more than 70 hospitals in Kentucky.
