Hat in hand, Kentucky Blood Center needs your help to save local lives. 

Blood donation frequency has fallen flat this spring. Donors who spring into action and donate blood May 1–21 at any KBC location will receive a Local Lifesaver trucker hat.

Click the donor center or mobile drive links below or call 800.775.2522 to schedule your appointment. Donors must be at least 17 years old (16 with parental consent), weigh at least 110 pounds, be in good health, show a photo I.D. and meet additional requirements.

KBC Throwbacks Also Available at Donor Centers

Donors at KBC donor centers will also have the option of a KBC Throwback instead of a hat through May 21. Donors will have a choice of the following items:

Licensed by the FDA, KBC’s sole purpose is to collect, process and distribute blood for patients in Kentucky. KBC provides services in 90 Kentucky counties and has donor centers in Lexington, Louisville, Frankfort, Pikeville, Somerset and the Tri-County area (Corbin).
