Donors Who Give Blood May 7-9 Will Receive Four Legends Tickets
LEXINGTON, Ky. – Kentucky Blood Center and the Lexington Legends are thanking blood donors, who are Living Legends.
On May 7, 8 or 9, anyone who gives blood at Kentucky Blood Center at 3121 Beaumont Centre Circle will receive a voucher for four tickets to any Lexington Legends 2009 game. (Sunday through Friday games only.) The ticket vouchers will be available while supplies last. This promotion is only good at the Beaumont Centre location.
The donor center operating hours for those days are:
May 7: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
May 8: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
May 9: 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
To be a Living Legend, donors must be at least 17 years old (or 16 years old with a signed parental permission form, which can be downloaded at www.kybloodcenter.org), weigh at least 110 pounds, be in general good health and have a photo I.D.

The Kentucky Blood Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to ensuring a safe, adequate blood supply for patients at nearly 70 Kentucky hospitals and clinics in more than 60 counties. In the past year KBC processed and distributed 82,000 red blood cell units and 127,000 blood components in total.
