No tricks here. Kentucky Blood Center is offering a gift card treat for blood donors on Friday, Oct. 30.

In celebration of Halloween, and to boost the low blood supply, all donors who give blood at a KBC donor center on Friday will receive a $20 Amazon gift card.

Donors can opt for the "Grab a Slice of Saving Lives" T-shirt instead of the gift card upon request.

Vampire jokes aside, KBC need yours blood to help local patients. The current blood supply is low-to-critical for several blood types, meaning KBC has a day's supply or less of blood products for more than 70 hospitals in Kentucky.

Most KBC donor centers are open Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Please check specific locations below.

Blood donors must be at least 17 years old (16 with parental consent), weigh at least 110 pounds, be in good health, show a photo ID and meet additional requirements.
